Van Heusen Outlet Store Class Pricing Complaint Lacks Support

A New Jersey shopper failed to state viable price deception claims at Van Heusen outlet stores in a would-be class suit against retail operator PVH Corp., a New York federal court said.

Robert DiCicco alleged the stores advertises bogus sales and makes-up original prices to make buyers think they’re getting especially good deals. But the bargains aren’t what they seem because the items always sell for the so-called discounted price, he said.
