Valve Corp. Gets Stay Pending Board Review in Infringement Suit

Valve Corp. was granted a stay in a patent infringement suit brought by Immersion Corp., while the US Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board decides whether to review the seven patents-in-suit, a federal court said.

Valve Corp. filed seven petitions for inter partes review, challenging all of the patents-in-suit.
