Utica Radisson Workers Get Final Nod for $1.8 Million Wage Deal

Radisson Hotel-Utica Centre workers and three entities connected to the hotel secured final approval for a $1.8 million settlement ending a long-running wage-and-hour dispute.

The deal covers three overlapping classes of banquet employees, tipped restaurant workers, and non-tipped hourly employees who worked for United Capital Corp., AFP Management Corp., and AFP 101 Corp.—all involved in operating and managing the Utica hotel—during periods spanning approximately a decade, the US District Court for the Northern District of New York said Monday.
