Two former Utah State University officials must face an executive associate athletic director’s claims that her firing violated procedural due process after she allegedly failed to immediately disclose a witness during a Title IX investigation.

Amy Crosbie sufficiently alleges then-President Elizabeth Cantwell and then-Vice President and Director of Athletics Diana Sabau terminated her effective immediately without prior notice or a chance to respond, despite her lack of prior discipline, the US District Court for the District of Utah said.
