Three workers from the US Department of Agriculture allege they were wrongly placed on administrative leave under President Donald Trump’s Jan. 20 executive order aiming to dismantle diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives within the government.
The plaintiffs weren’t assigned to DEIA-related positions at the time they were placed on administrative leave on Jan. 22, according to their complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
