US Steel Corp. and United Steelworkers Local 1066 beat allegations that they discriminated and retaliated against a Black employee based on his race.
The company and union are entitled to summary judgment because Michael Robins failed to present enough evidence to support a finding that their actions were motivated by racial animus, Magistrate Judge Andrew P. Rodovich of the US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana said June 5.
