US Seeks $304,000 in Unpaid Income Taxes From Texas Attorney

The federal government sued Texas attorney Mark Livingston Medley and his law firm Mark L. Medley, Attorney at Law PC, alleging that he failed to pay federal income taxes for tax years 2019-2022 totaling over $304,000.

The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, says since 2007, in addition to failing to pay his income taxes, Medley also failed to timely pay employment taxes for his law firm as required by the Internal Revenue Code.
