The University of Minnesota won’t be required to immediately reinstate its men’s gymnastics program because a male gymnast waited too long to seek a preliminary injunction, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.
Evan Ng’s motion sought to “restore the status quo” by ordering the team reinstated while his suit challenging the college’s decision to end the program proceeds.
