A shareholder derivative suit against Unity Software Inc. board members over alleged false statements and insider trading is dismissed as the parties requested, a federal court said Tuesday.
Investors Krishna Movva and Tom Duong, along with the directors, cited the recent demise of a related class action in asking to drop the suit, according to the dismissal order by Judge Eumi K. Lee of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
