UnitedHealthcare Services Inc. agreed to pay $2.5 million to settle class allegations it sent pre-recorded calls to consumers despite warnings to stop, according to a motion for final court approval of the deal.
The motion filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington said more than 800 class members submitted valid claims as part of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act lawsuit.
