UnitedHealth Gets Substance Abuse Coverage Lawsuit Tossed

A health plan participant who accused UnitedHealth Group Inc. of failing to properly cover substance abuse disorder treatments must file an amended complaint if he wants to keep his proposed class action alive, a federal judge in the Central District of California held.
