United Airlines Only Paid Stewards for In-Flight Work, Suit Says

A former United Airlines Inc worker is seeking damages for herself and some 1,000 New Jersey-based flight attendants who she claims weren’t paid for time spent loading or unloading the aircraft and other job-related duties.
