Uniswap Labs Crypto Exchange Spared From ‘Scam Token’ Lawsuit

Cryptocurrency exchange Uniswap Labs and its chief executive won’t have to face claims from investors that the company’s platform issued and traded “scam tokens.”

The investors failed in part because their complaint didn’t sufficiently connect the acts of Uniswap and CEO Hayden Z. Adams to their alleged injuries, said Judge Katherine Polk Failla of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Failla permanently dismissed the lawsuit Monday.
