Unions Drop Lawsuit to Enforce Biden-Era Labor Executive Order

Labor organizations are ending their suit alleging the US government is ignoring a Biden-era executive order requiring labor agreements for large-scale construction projects.

The organizations’ Monday notice of voluntary dismissal with the US District Court for the District of Columbia came about two weeks after a government court filing said the US Department of Defense and General Services Administration rescinded the policies at issue, and the case is moot.
