Undrafted NFL player J.R. Reed dismissed his $1 million suit alleging his agent negligently handled communications with the teams that might have drafted him, under a joint stipulation filed in the Central District of California.
Reed, who now plays safety for the Los Angeles Rams; his agent Ronald Benson Slavin II; and his employer, athlete management agency Sportstars Inc. filed the stipulation of dismissal without leave to amend Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
