Emad Kashkeesh and Michael Komorski claim that they had to photograph their faces through Uber’s “Real Time ID Check” security feature to register as Uber drivers. The pictures were then transferred to Microsoft’s Face Application Programming Interface to verify that the real-time photos matched previously uploaded photos, they alleged.
