U.S. Bank Former Call Agent Brings Collective, Class Wage Suit

A Texas-based former hourly call center agent has filed a collective and class action against U.S. Bancorp and U.S. Bank National Association alleging a failure to compensate their workers for all of their hours worked.

Arnelle Mora claims the defendants failed to pay her and other hourly call center agents for pre-shift work performed before clocking in each day, according to her complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota. Mora says the defendants required and directly benefited from work she and others performed off the clock in connection with pre-shift activities.
