Tyson and Keystone Foods LLC reached an agreement with class plaintiffs to settle all claims for an undisclosed amount, according to a joint notice filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
- The workers allegedthat 20 poultry processors and several of their subsidiaries conspired to “fix and depress compensation” in a scheme to reduce labor costs, in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act
