Two Plead Guilty In Connection With China’s Operation Fox Hunt

A New York businessman and his daughter have pleaded guilty to crimes related to Operation Fox Hunt, an extralegal initiative by the People’s Republic of China to locate and repatriate alleged fugitives.

Quanzhong An, who was indicted in 2022 with his daughter Guangyang An and five others, pleaded guilty Tuesday to acting as an unauthorized agent of a foreign government.
