Donald Trump can pursue his case against Pulitzer Prize board members, who he claims defamed him by refusing to rescind reporting prizes for coverage on Russian influence in the 2016 presidential election, a Florida appeals court ruled.
The presence of one Pulitzer board member residing in Florida, and a letter Trump send from Florida demanding the group rescind the awards, gave him power to sue all 19 award committee members in the Sunshine State, the Fourth District Court of Appeals ruled.
