Trump Ordered to Unfreeze Grant Funds for Desegregating Schools

An Atlanta nonprofit won its bid Wednesday to reverse the Trump administration’s cancellation of a grant authorized by Congress to desegregate the US public schools.

Judge Paul L. Friedman of the US District Court for the District of Columbia granted a preliminary injunction ordering that the Southern Education Foundation Inc.'s funds to be reinstated.
