Trump Campaign Unable to Escape Ex-Advisor’s Discrimination Suit

President Donald Trump’s campaign organization must face claims from a former adviser alleging she was discriminated against after disclosing her affair with her then-boss Jason Miller.

Arlene Delgado established genuine issues of material fact concerning whether she faced discrimination for being a pregnant woman and retaliated against for complaining about the harassment she says she faced, Judge Analisa Torres said Friday, denying summary judgment on those claims and for tortious interference.
