Trump Campaign Must Defend Against New York Discrimination Suit

President Donald Trump’s campaign organization will continue to face former advisor Arlene Delgado’s claims that she endured discrimination after disclosing her affair with then-boss Jason Miller.

Delgado can move forward with her claims the campaign violated the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law, despite the campaign’s argument that she had Florida residency, Judge Analisa Torres of the US District Court the Southern District said in a Dec. 12 order denying a motion to dismiss.
