A group including former Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis filed a lawsuit Thursday against supporters of former President Donald Trump for their alleged role in the harassment of a Joe Biden campaign bus in Central Texas.
Last Oct. 30, a campaign bus carrying Davis (D) and others was en route to Austin on Interstate 35, when a convoy of vehicles displaying Trump (R) signs swerved close by and people in the vehicles yelled profanities. The Biden campaign scrapped a scheduled Austin event following the incident.
