Trump Administration Sued by Students With Revoked F-1 Status

Five international students whose F-1 visas were inexplicably terminated say the Trump administration is flouting student status regulations, according to a new proposed class action Friday.

The visa terminations caused the revocation of their F-1 student statuses, jeopardizing their academic and professional aspirations, the students say in their complaint in the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire. They allege the change in status opens them up to immigration detention and deportation to their home countries.
