Tribe Gets Claims Against Army Over Boys’ Remains Reinstated

The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska convinced a split Fourth Circuit to reinstate a lawsuit that aims to retrieve the remains of two boys from the US Army, in the first case for the court to interpret the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
