Trax Wins Protest of $641 Million Army Testing Support Contract

TRAX International Corp. won its protest of Engineering Research and Consulting Inc.'s nearly $641 million contract for support services at the US Army’s test center at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

The Army should request and evaluate revised bids, perform a new best-value tradeoff analysis, and terminate Engineering Research’s award for convenience of the government if another offeror is selected, the Government Accountability Office said.
