A Massachusetts vacation planning company specializing in Disney destination trips misclassifies its travel agents as independent contractors, according to a class action lawsuit.
Travel agent Devon Manoli claims Practically Perfect Vacations owes her and more than 50 potential class members unpaid minimum wages and sick time benefits. She filed the lawsuit Thursday in Massachusetts Superior Court, Plymouth County.
