A translation firm failed to pay its interpreters the minimum wage and overtime pay they earned and failed to provide proper breaks, a new suit alleges in federal court in California.
Language Line Services Inc. and On Line Translation Inc., which share an address in Monterey, Calif., also failed to give workers accurate wage statements or reimburse necessary and reasonable business expenses, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
