Two high schoolers, who have already convinced a judge to pause a state law excluding transgender girls from girls’ sports, are expanding their case to challenge President Donald Trump’s national ban.
The amended complaint filed Wednesday adds Trump and members of his administration as defendants and seeks a block on two Trump executive orders that define transgender women as men and exclude trans girls from girls’ sports teams.
