Transgender Employee Sues NSA Over Alleged Sex Discrimination

A transgender woman who works at the National Security Agency filed a sex discrimination lawsuit against the agency’s director on Tuesday.

Sarah O’Neill, a data scientist with the agency since 2019, alleges that anti-transgender policies implemented over the last 11 months have created a hostile work environment for her.
