Towson U., Ex-Gymnastics Coach Resolve Her Gender Bias Suit (1)

Towson University and a former women’s gymnastics head coach, Victoria May, agreed to settle her bias suit claiming she was fired because of her gender, pregnancy, and in retaliation for reporting discrimination.

The joint stipulation was filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland. No further details were available in the court’s docket. May’s attorney, Thomas Newkirk, declined to disclose the terms.
