Tower Health Patients Struggle to Save Privacy Suit at 3rd Cir.

An attorney for patients attempting to revive a privacy lawsuit against Pennsylvania-based Tower Health faced tough questions from an appellate panel Tuesday over their argument that the district court abused its discretion in tossing out their suit without leave to file a new complaint.

Plaintiffs’ attorney David J.
