Tinder Inc. convinced a federal judge that a user claiming the company misrepresents its photo verification process agreed to terms of use that included an arbitration clause.
The US District Court for the District of New Jersey rejected the consumer’s argument that the terms of use were inconspicuous and the company’s sign-wrap agreement was deficient.
