TikTok US Data Security Inc., a TikTok subsidiary that stores the video app’s US user data, was hit by a proposed class action from a system operations specialist on Monday.
Plaintiff Vivi Fay, who began working for the company in October 2022, alleged in her Los Angeles County Superior Court complaint that the California-based company fails to pay overtime wages but still requires employees to work off the clock.
