TikTok Unlikely to Escape Massachusetts Youth Addiction Case

Massachusetts’ youth addiction claims against TikTok are likely to advance, a state judge said Friday, finding much of the attorney general’s case controlled by a related ruling allowing a case against Meta Platforms’ Instagram to move forward.
