TikTok Psychic Is Liable to Idaho Professor in Defamation Suit

A professor at the University of Idaho is entitled to summary judgment on the issue of liability in a defamation suit against a psychic who repeated in over 100 TikTok videos that the professor ordered the murder of four students to cover up a same-sex affair she was having with one of them, a federal court said.
