TikTok Denied Pause During Appeal in Texas Child Safety Case

TikTok Ltd. can’t pause a case alleging it violated a Texas child online security law as it appeals a ruling that denied its bid to end the case, a statewide appeals court ruled.

The case must move forward in the trial court, the Court of Appeals, Fifteenth District, ruled in a two-page order Monday.
