A Delaware fitness training business is suing a Florida company and two of its members alleging they are tarnishing its brand by infringing on its trademark

Since as early as 2021, Amelia Lind, the founder of Hot Girl Walk LLC, has “been providing fitness training and inspirational messaging based on her program that includes, but is not limited to, a four mile outdoor walk where the focus is on three things: being grateful, achievement of personal goals and feeling good about yourself,” according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
