It’s a quiet week at the Delaware Chancery Court, with state courts closing for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

A couple hearings from the Chancery calendar:

Monday: In re Peloton Interactive, Inc. S’holder Deriv. Litig., Del. Ch., No. 2022-1051, teleconference 11/24/25.

At issue: In July, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York gave final approval for a settlement mandating corporate governance changes to resolve three lawsuits alleging Peloton Interactive Corp. and its senior leaders pocketed millions from insider trading while hiding safety problems with the fitness company’s treadmills.
