Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. accused life sciences company Repligen Corp. of violating state consumer protection laws by systemically “raiding” its workforce in a complaint filed Friday.
Thermo Fisher, a supplier of pharmaceutical and life sciences services, claims Repligen has wrongfully recruited roughly 60 employees “in a systemic campaign to harm Thermo Fisher,” according to a complaint filed in Massachusetts Superior Court.
Repligen allegedly solicits and hires Thermo Fisher employees, then probes them for “confidential information on Thermo Fisher’s strategic plans, operations, structure, and more,” the complaint said.
