TGINESIS LLC, the company behind textured hair product company Thank God It’s Natural, convinced a federal judge to dismiss a proposed class action alleging its gummy supplement was deceptively advertised because it contains synthetic ingredients.
The hair, skin, and nails vitamin supplement wouldn’t materially mislead a reasonable consumer because the word “natural” is only found within the brand name and “nowhere else” on the product’s packaging, the US District Court for the District of Maryland said Wednesday.
