Texas Tech Quarterback Gets New Judge Assigned to His NCAA Suit

A Fort Worth judge with no apparent ties to Texas Tech will decide whether star quarterback Brendan Sorsby gets to play for the Red Raiders this fall.

Senior Judge Ken Curry, who retired from a Tarrant County district court bench in 2012, was assigned to Sorsby’s lawsuit against the NCAA Thursday, a court order showed.
