Timothy Gaines Pollard has been indicted on 16 counts of failing to pay employment taxes to the IRS, the Justice Department said Friday.
Pollard, who owns and operates the residential remodeling and fence installation business Tim Pollard Construction, was allegedly held liable for collecting and withholding employment taxes from his employees’ paychecks, according to the DOJ.
