Texas Marketing Agency, Gay Ex-Director End Workplace Bias Suit

A Texas-based marketing firm and its former creative director agreed to close litigation alleging he faced discrimination and retaliation after telling the company’s owner he is gay.

Jesus Moreno and Lime Media Group Inc. jointly stipulated to dismissal of the case with prejudice on Jan. 9, a month after the parties settled the case in mediation, according to a docket entry in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
