A former Texas law firm executive who was fired while working remotely from Montana must pursue his wrongful termination suit in the Lone Star State, a federal court ruled.
The US District Court for the District of Montana said Tuesday that it lacked personal jurisdiction over Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler & Hailey PC..
