Texas Bus Company Moving Migrants Faces $32 Million Liability

A Texas charter bus company that Gov. Greg Abbott (R) hired to take migrants from the Mexico border to Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, and other liberal-leaning cities, owes $32.8 million to an event management company it wrongly cut off from the contract, a judge ruled.

Wynne Transportation LLC’s request to vacate the eight-figure award, decided through arbitration, “is without merit,” Judge Lauren Reeder of Harris County’s 234th district court wrote in an order issued Tuesday.
