Teva Can Push for New Trial on ‘Skinny Label’ Loss to GSK (1)

A Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. unit will have another chance to argue it deserves a new trial on whether the “skinny label” on its Coreg heart drug led doctors to prescribe it for a use that infringes a GSK Plc unit’s patent, a federal judge in Delaware ruled.

Judge Gregory B. Williams issued the opinion determining six issues remaining to be resolved in the dispute Dec. 12 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
