Tetra Tech Inc. and Jesco Environmental & Geotechnical Services Inc. will pay $600,000 to settle a class action brought by a group of post-disaster cleanup workers who claimed they were undercompensated for their work.
The amount will go to nearly 200 employees who performed work for the companies in California between June 2016 and May 2022, Judge Daniel J. Calabretta of the US District Court for the Eastern District of California said in a Wednesday order approving the settlement.
