Tesla, Musk Get Investor Lawsuit Over Self-Driving Tech Tossed

Tesla Inc. investors failed to adequately allege the electric vehicle company and its CEO Elon Musk misrepresented the safety and capability of its driver-assist systems, a federal court ruled Monday in a stock-drop suit.
